   I’m sure the use of England as a substitute for Britain is an attempt at that irony against the Bleadnyanx not knowing the difference;)

   I live in Britain (which is what we Brits call England) and can assure you Americans that this guide is almost totally accurate. There is just one error: it says that the North Sea is to the west of Britain when actually it is to the East of Britain.

   I saw that too. I assumed it was just a typo.
